Order process
You can place an order online on our homepage Running Point.com, by phone, by e-mail or by fax. Have you found your favorite article? Then click on the button “Add to cart” which is next to the article’s picture. After adding all your desired articles, please use the button "Checkout". Afterwards, you can check the articles once again and continue your order.
If you are a customer already, please type in your e-mail address and your password, choose your preferred payment method and click on the button "Proceed to checkout".
After that you check your order once again. If you are sure that everything is filled in correctly and all articles are in your cart, click on "Buy now". Done! You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail soon.
As new customer you have to type in your personal details, the delivery address and your invoice address in the given fields. By entering your own password you decide whether you would like to order only once or if you would like to create a customer account. Afterwards, you choose your preferred payment method, check if everything is typed in correctly and click on "Buy now".
